Former US President Donald Trump is considering making a pro-COVID-19 vaccine announcement, following signs of hesitancy among Republican voters.
A recent survey found 29 percent of Republican voters were hesitant about getting the vaccine, with just 6 percent saying they would get it if it was compulsory.
Trump has already expressed his interest in filming a commercial to encourage voters to get vaccinated.
But he said the pause in the Johnson and Johnson vaccine has had “a devastating impact”, which affected his interest in filming a commercial.
