Chinese military plane crashes killing one person

One person has died after a Chinese military plane crashed in a residential area in central China

China’s state-run media says the “People’s Liberation Army Air Force J7” aircraft was on a training mission.

Two others have been injured.

The pilot successfully ejected out of the plane and parachuted to the ground before it crashed.

The plane went down in the Hubei Province.

At this stage, the cause of the crash is under investigation.
