Greta Thunberg has mocked world leaders’ words at a Youth-4-Climate speech in Milan
The Swedish climate activist used soundbites from U-K Prime Minister Boris Johnson, like “expensive bunny hugging” and “build back better”, to highlight the “empty words and promises”.
The teenager urged people not to give up hope, saying that change is “not only possible, but urgently necessary”.
Many countries have announced ambitious targets to reduce their emissions to tackle climate change.
It comes as world leader prepare for the COP26 Conference in Glasgow, where a net-zero future will be hot on the agenda.
