Bear jumps out of school dumpster, giving principal fright of his life

A principal got the fright of his life when a bear leapt from a rubbish bin.

James Marsh was standing next to a dumpster at Zela Elementary School, West Virginia when a bear jumped out of it.

Both ran away, with the bear scuttling off into a wooded area.

The Nicholas County Board of Education posted the footage to Facebook with the caption: “Who says principals don’t deserve hazard pay????”

The principal says the bear let out a pretty loud roar, and both he and the bear were equally surprised.

“The students at the school all wanted to see the footage thought it was just hilarious.” #trending #featured
