Pablo Mari, a professional footballer for Arsenal has been involved in a stabbing attack in Milan, and is now recovering in hospital.
One person died and at least five more have been seriously injured.
After a 46-Year-Old male entered the Carrefour supermarket in the small town of Assago, and began attacking people.
An employee of the supermarket later died.
The suspect has been detained with his motive still unclear.
