Apple will soon beat Samsung with this purchase

Apple is set to surpass Samsung as the largest purchaser of certain displays for iphones.

Following the release of the iPhone 13 later this year… flexible Amoled displays in iPhones will be up to 80 per cent.

It started the roll-out of these screens for its entire iPhone 12 line-up, and is expected to purchase 169 million display panels this year.

Meanwhile Samsung’s purchases are estimated to be 157 million.
