The United States is offering a 10 million dollar reward for information leading to the capture of IS-K’s leader

This follows America carrying out a raid on the leader of Islamic State in northwest Syria just days ago.

His death follows IS militants bolstering their defences and beginning to carry out bolder, high-level attacks after years of laying low.

In January, IS attacked a prison in Syria in a bid to free jailed comrades… which sparked a 10-day battle with Kurdish forces, leaving at least 500 dead.

The US Department of State has long been committed to using its full set of counterterrorism tools to counter the threat posed by IS-K.
