That’s because water treatment plants are going through a series of repairs across the sate.
In some cases, there’s been now water flowing as authorities scramble to get services back up and running.
Some schools also remain closed, and people are being told wait in huge lines for bottled water.
Senator Roger Wicker says the situation is an emergency.
