The National Top 10 Best Buys report from Hotspotting highlights locations with significant growth potential. However, not all well-discussed markets appear in this report. To understand this, Tim Graham spoke with Hotspotting founder Terry Ryder.
Ryder explained the criteria behind the selection process and whether markets with strong growth are excluded. Notably, he addressed the absence of Adelaide, which he has previously endorsed, and discussed the booming Gold Coast’s omission from this edition.
He also covered the rising regional hubs of Queensland, including Townsville and Rockhampton, which were also not included. Ryder concluded by revealing which locations made the current list.
