A pilot flying a Southwest Airlines has gone above and beyond for a passenger, leaning out the cockpit window to retrieve their phone.
In Los Angeles, a passenger accidentally left their phone behind at the airport gate, so the staff did the unthinkable.
The plane had already pushed away from the gate but ground staff organised for the ramp employees to lift the phone to the plane through the cockpit window.
An obliging pilot can be seen flinging himself over the front of the plane to collect the phone.
How’s that for customer service.
When our Employees at @LGBairport noticed a Customer's phone left behind in a gate area after a flight that was already boarded and pushed back from the gate, they didn't hesitate. #WorldKindnessDaypic.twitter.com/cf3gJy8Nmy
