Twitter has revealed it will now offer an annual package for its Twitter Blue subscription service, instead of just monthly
Users can subscribe to the service for an annual price of $84, instead of a monthly subscription price of $8 on the web and $11 on Apple devices.
The discount would be available in a host of countries including the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, New Zealand and Australia
This news is on the back of more than 500 of Twitter’s advertisers pausing spending on the micro blogging website since Elon Musk took over last year.
The social media company’s daily revenue was 40% lower than the same day a year ago.
