The U.S. Court of Appeals has issued an administrative stay, temporarily halting a ruling that declared Trump’s tariffs unconstitutional.

This allows time for further legal arguments, with companies due to file by June 5 and the Justice Department by June 9.

A lower court had found Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act unlawful—arguing only Congress can regulate tariffs.
