U.S. President Biden is planning an Electric Vehicle Revolution… but how?
Plans by the Environmental Protection Agency, are designed to ensure that two-thirds of new passenger cars and a quarter of new heavy trucks sold in the United States are all-electric by 2032.
But to transform the American automobile industry, Biden has to get manufacturers and consumers on board, as well as likely legal challenges from those who consider the regulations government overreach.
