It’s been trialled all over the world – and from all reports, it seems to be quite the success.

Employees may have to do a few extra tasks before leaving the office – and maybe do an extra hour or two – but deep down they know, they get to have a three-day weekend to compensate.

Now, research shows that a three-day weekend might be good for your health, as it provides the best of the work-life balance.
