It is often documented that Indigenous peoples around the world face a myriad of challenges and issues that are often overlooked or ignored by mainstream society, ranging from the loss of traditional lands and resources to discrimination.

One of the most pressing issues that many Indigenous people face is related to their health, with health concerns often being ignored or dismissed by healthcare providers and policymakers.

CEO and Founder of The ROOT Brands, Clayton Thomas, shares his thoughts around the challenges that Indigenous people face on the health front, as well as what needs to be done to address these issues.
