Afghan leaders are in the Russian capital where they are finalising their contracts for gas, oil and wheat.
If the deal goes through, it would be a sure sign that foreign countries are willing to do business with the Taliban.
The Administration is not recognised by the United Nations or any international government.
It follows the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan, and the resurgence of the Taliban, which took place a year ago.
