The U.K. Prime Minister will meet with the European Commission President
British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will meet the European Commission President to solve a “range of complex challenges” around the Northern Ireland Protocol.
Sunak and Ursula Von Der Leyen released a joint statement, where they said they would meet in the UK to discuss Brexit.
The UK’s Deputy Prime Minister, Dominic Raab claimed Britain is “on the cusp of a deal” to resolve the long-running dispute.
Former Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne has also called on Rishi Sunak to ignore elements of his own party to get the deal done.
