An attempt to launch SpaceX’s Starship has been postponed for at least 48 hours.

With under 10 minutes to go before launch, the decision was made not to go ahead, and turn it into a ‘wet dress rehearsal’.

The problem was caused by a frozen pressure valve.

The aim of the Starship rocket is to send the vehicle eastward, to complete almost one circuit of the globe.

The rocket’s first flight will last approximately 90 minutes.

If Starship is successful, it will pave the way for flights to the Moon, and help NASA with its Artemis II project.
