The Memphis Police Department has suspended a sixth officer, as a part of investigation into beating death of Tyre Nichols
The suspended officer was relieved of duty with pay pending a hearing.
No criminal charges have been announced against the officer, who has worked for the department since 2018.
Five other officers were charged with the Black man’s murder.
