Matt Hobbs
Matt Hobbs assumed the role of CEO at the Motor Trades Association of Australia (MTAA) in January 2024. With a background spanning automotive and aviation industries, including senior roles at GM Holden, General Motors, Nissan Motors, and Tiger Airways, he brings extensive leadership experience. Additionally, he served as an Adviser to the Minister for Tourism during the ‘where the bloody hell are you’ campaign. The MTAA represents over 15,000 automotive businesses nationwide, from dealerships, recyclers and everything in between.
