A shopping centre in east Ukraine with more than one thousand people inside has been hit by a Russian missile strike

At least 13 people have died and more than 50 others injured in the attack located in Kremenchuk, according to the governor, with the number of victims expected to rise as rescuers continue their work.

Writing on his Telegram channel, the governor said “it’s too early to talk about the final number of people killed”.

At this stage Emergency Services are still looking for victims, with dozens of people taken to hospital after the missile strike took place around 4pm local time.

Following the attack, President Zelensky said there were more than 1,000 people inside the mall, but many managed to get out on time before the missiles hit, thanks to the air raid sirens.

American home prices are rising at faster pace now than in the last 20-years.

A recent analysis reveals a jaw dropping surge in the cost of American homes.

Since the start of 2020, U.S. home prices have surged 47% easily outstripping the gains seen in recent decades.

On top of that, home price growth so far this decade is on the verge of surpassing all the growth seen in the 2000s.

Many experts believe this decade’s housing market frenzy was ignited by a perfect storm — the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic triggering an unprecedented rush among buyers.

Tom Hutchens, the Executive Vice President of Production at Angel Oak Mortgage Solutions joins Veronica Dudo to discuss.
