The bodies were found near a town about 145 kilometres east of Oklahoma City.
A U.S. official says the state medical examiner will have to identify the victims.
A missing endangered person advisory had been issued for 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Brittany Brewer.
Authorities are no longer searching for the missing teens or the 39-year-old convicted rapist Jesse McFadden.
