A U.S. judge ruled the names of Sam Bankman-Fried’s bond co-signers should be revealed
This is on the back of the former FTX CEO not applying to block this motion in the Appeals court.
The judge originally ruled that the names were in the public’s interest, pending an appeal from Bankman-Fried’s team.
But this never came, despite lawyers saying they would.
The two bond co-signers were from Stanford University, who put up $200,000 and $500,000, respectively.
One was a research scientist, Andreas Paepcke, while the other, Larry Kramer, is a former Dean of Stanford Law School.
