Russian forces launched an attack on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure, firing at least 36 missiles

 
At least one person has been killed and eight injured.

Ukraine’s Energy Minister says electricity supplies remain unaffected.

This all comes on the back of the Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko saying his country will not send troops unless it is attacked.

The Belarusian President and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are set to hold talks.
