Fresh details have emerged surrounding the alleged poisoning of a Russian billionaire and Ukrainian negotiators at secret Russia and Ukraine peace talks

According to Wall Street Journal sources, Chelsea owner Abramovich and the team of Ukrainian negotiators reportedly developed red eyes, constant and painful tearing, and peeling skin on their faces and hands.

All affected individuals are now fine.

The sources say it’s unclear who had targeted the group but those impacted have blamed so-called “Moscow hardliners” who may have wanted to sabotage the talks.

Some Westerners who looked into it have suggested the symptoms may have been caused by a chemical or biological agent or by electromagnetic-radiation.

Meanwhile, a US official who spoke to Reuters says the latest intelligence suggests the sickening could have been due to an environmental factors, not poisoning.
