Joe Biden is under fire from Republicans in Congress who have called for the President’s resignation
Several Republican senators have called for US President Biden to resign. This comes after a terrorist attack in Kabul killed 13 US service members last week.
The GOP lawmakers are pushing for Biden to either resign, or for his impeachment. Some are even calling for leaders to use the 25th Amendment used to end his presidency.

The Republican outcry comes as the 2022 US midterm elections approach.
The party is eagerly trying to demonstrate how they would provide a necessary oversight on the Biden administration if voters provided them with the House and Senate.
Representative Jackie Walorski of the Ethics Committee says “President Biden has demonstrated that he is unfit to serve as commander-in-chief and, therefore, must resign”.
Meanwhile, Republican Senator Mitt Romney says the situation that we are seeing unfold on the ground in Afghanistan is the result of bad decisions of two administrations. He blamed not only Biden, but also Trump.
Under Joe Biden’s watch, the terrorists have retaken control of Afghanistan. Right now, American lives are in danger, our homeland security is at risk, and the commander in chief is on vacation.
Americans – and especially our War on Terror veterans – deserve better.
