The Queen’s funeral will undoubtedly be one of the biggest gatherings of world leaders and dignitaries in history

The funeral will be held at Westminster Abbey, which has a capacity of around 2,200 guests.

Invitations were sent out over the weekend, with many wondering who received an invite, and who didn’t.

500 heads of state and prominent individuals will be in attendance, including the Kings and Queens of the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium.

There’s no official word yet on whether Donald Trump has been invited, but the strict capacity limits likely means he hasn’t been.

However, there is some speculation the Obamas might have received private invites.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not confirmed his plans.

However, fellow leaders of the Commonwealth will attend, including Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, New Zealand’s Jacinda Ardern and Canada’s Justin Trudeau.

Those who won’t receive an invite in the mail include Russian President Vladimir Putin, any representatives from Russia, Belarus, or Myanmar.

American home prices are rising at faster pace now than in the last 20-years.

A recent analysis reveals a jaw dropping surge in the cost of American homes.

Since the start of 2020, U.S. home prices have surged 47% easily outstripping the gains seen in recent decades.

On top of that, home price growth so far this decade is on the verge of surpassing all the growth seen in the 2000s.

Many experts believe this decade’s housing market frenzy was ignited by a perfect storm — the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic triggering an unprecedented rush among buyers.
