‘I’m working on it, man’: Protestors interrupt Biden

Protestors calling to for an end to detention centres interrupted U.S President Joe Biden’s rally to mark his 100th day in office.

As soon as Biden began his speech, protesters calling for an end to detention centres and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) interrupted Biden at his rally in Georgia, Atlanta.

Biden and first lady Jill Biden travelled to Georgia to mark his 100th day in office.

Protesters can be heard shouting “End detention now” and “Abolish ICE.”

“Our families are dying.”

One protester called out.

Biden responded to the call outs from protestors.

“I AGREE WITH YOU. I’M WORKING ON IT, MAN… GIVE ME ANOTHER 5 DAYS”

During the first week into his presidency, Biden signed an order directing the Justice Department to end its reliance on private prisons.

Clearly, he has been pressed by progressives to end the use of detention centres for immigrants who illegally entered the country.

The protesters were eventually escorted out of the drive-in rally.
