A passenger plane has crashed into Lake Victoria in Tanzania, killing at least 19 people
The Precision Air jet was an ATR-42 aircraft, which was dragged to the shore a short time after it came down.
The cause of the crash is not yet known but search and rescue teams continue collecting
evidence at the scene.
Tanzania’s Prime Minister says many of the survivors were shocked and worried.
An investigation into the crash will be conducted but authorities are blaming bad weather as the likely cause.
