How would you like to have unlimited time off, but still keep your job?

Well, Microsoft has released their plan via an email sent to its U.S. employees.

The tech giant says the way people work has “dramatically changed” and as a result, wants to move to a more flexible model.

The changes will start from next week and new Microsoft employees don’t need to accrue vacation time anymore.

Employees that have an unused vacation balance will get a one-time payout in April.

However, if you’re an hourly employee, sorry, you don’t get the same vacation benefit.
