Meghan Markle’s Dad is in hospital after reportedly suffering a ‘major stroke’
Thomas Markle was in Mexico before being taken across the border to San Diego for emergency care.
According to friends, Markle was unable to speak and could only communicate with pen and paper.
It comes after a health scare he had a week earlier.
The 77-year-old is now being accompanied by Meghan’s half-brother, Thomas Junior after the incident occurred on Monday night.
Meanwhile, his daughter Samantha Markle is also flying from Florida to be by her father’s side.
Samantha says she is wishing her dad “godspeed” and is praying for his recovery.
The family is asking for privacy while also taking a swing at Meghan saying “it’s a travesty how much Thomas has been tortured and how much he’s had to go through thanks to Meghan’s disregard”.
Meghan and Prince Harry are due to fly into the UK for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee next week where Thomas was also supposed to be.
Meanwhile, earlier this month Netflix dropped an animated TV series based off Markle’s life.
