The man, identified as Vem Miller, was stopped by Riverside County deputies before he could enter the event, which continued without interruption.

Miller was charged with possession of a loaded firearm and possession of a high-capacity magazine, according to the sheriff’s office. More details regarding the charges were not immediately available.
