Stand-up comedian, Kevin Hart has launched his own media company, with a $100 million dollar investment backing

The Hollywood Star will call the new company “Hartbeat“, which will produce and distribute film content focused on “comedic storytelling”.

Abry has taken a minority stake in the company but the details are still unknown. The company works on media investments.

Meanwhile, Hart will be the chairman of the new venture, which is a merger between his current entertainment business, and production company.

Several buyout firms have entered the entertainment space in recent months, as the demand for digital content surges.
