Is the media’s continuous negative coverage of Donald Trump warranted or a crusade to destroy him?

Published

Donald Trump served as the 45th president of the United States from 2017 to 2021.

The Trump administration boasts many accomplishments including ushering in an economic boom, bringing jobless claims to a nearly 50-year low, reducing massive regulations for American businesses, securing historic trade deals, authorizing aid for farmers, working to give America energy independence, appointing three Supreme Court justices, securing the southern border, and creating the United States Space Force—the sixth branch of the military.

While these are only a some of the polices enacted by President Trump—the media has instead publicized negative and in many cases misleading stories surrounding the former president.

The recent Durham report revealed that the FBI’s “Crossfire Hurricane” investigation and false allegations of then-candidate Donald Trump’s campaign colluding with Russia were unfounded.

Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community possessed any actual evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

The Durham report criticized the FBI for launching the 2016 Trump-Russia probe and vindicated former President Trump.

Former President Trump continues to face many legal problems heading into 2024 election season.

So, is the media’s continuous negative coverage of Donald Trump warranted or a crusade to destroy him?
