The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights says 2,421 civilian casualties have been reported in the country

Meanwhile, over 1,400 people have been injured, nearly half of these have been reported in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions alone.

The UN Office warns that access to information in some locations where intense hostilities have been occurring has been delayed.

It comes as the UN says 925 civilians have been killed in Ukraine but it’s believed that the actual figures are likely to be “considerably higher”.
