How will central banks react as inflation cools?

Central banks have been raising interest rates to combat inflation. What will they do now that it seems to have worked

 
Prices in the U.S. just rose by the smallest amount in two years last month, and are now just 3 per cent higher than they were a year ago.

Here in Australia those prices are more stubborn, sitting at just over 6 per cent.

So will Australia’s Reserve Bank continue to raise interest rates when they meet later this week?
