Adding green to your yoga whilst being aware of how environmental toxins can lower energy

Yoga for many improves strength, balance and flexibility, with the pineal gland often called the mind’s the third eye – in yoga itself.

This particular gland is know to many as the portal to the place of where our soul comes to spiritual awareness, energy, creativity, insight/intuition and astral projection. However, the pineal gland can be severely affected by heavy metal and environmental toxicity issues, according to The ROOT Brands‘ Clayton Thomas.
