Horror video has emerged showing the moment a trainer was attacked by two orcas
The trainer who’s become known as Tollison says she let out a “blood curdling” scream as the two beats grabbed her in front of horrified onlookers.
The incident took place at SeaWorld in San Diego more than 20 years ago but has since come to light as part of a documentary that is looking at orcas in captivity.
At the time, Tollison was sent to hospital with a fractured arm.
SeaWorld’s trainers are no longer able to swim with the massive mammals, in a move that dates back to 2010.
The park says it has the right policies in place to protect its staff and animals, and has lashed out at Tollison for not following safety protocols in place at the time.
