There are new details today about the fatal shooting by Alec Baldwin on the movie set of his film “Rust”

Affidavits by injured director, Joel Souza and another camera operator say that Baldwin was handed a prop gun and told it was unloaded.

Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was tragically killed whilst filming on Thursday… meanwhile, the Souza was standing behind her and was also hit, but survived.

The affidavit says “Alec was sitting in a pew in a church building setting, and he was practicing a cross draw” and Hutchins was struck in the chest area.

When asking about how Baldwin treated and used the firearm, the document reveals Baldwin was very careful.

Meanwhile, the chief electrician for Rust posted to Facebook, blaming “negligence and unprofessionalism” for the death.

Questions now loom over who will be held accountable for this tragic event
