A Former Jacksonville Jaguars Kicker is suing his NFL team claiming his former coach consistently created a “hostile work environment”

Josh Lambo alleges head coach Urban Meyer “kicked him in the leg and used profanity to insult and warn him to make his kicks” during a pre-game practice last year.

Lambo claims the coach screamed, “hey dipshit make your fucking kicks” while kicking him. Lambo then replied, “don’t ever kick me again.”

Coach Meyer responded, “I’m the head ball coach, I’ll kick you whenever I want.”

Meyer also claims Meyer conducted and “initiated a pattern of harassment, and created a hostile work environment.”

The former NFL player claims he told the team about the incident, through his agent, but an investigation was never launched.

Now, Lambo has filed the lawsuit in a Florida Court seeking back pay of his 3.5 million dollar salary for 2021, plus damages for emotional distress.

Coach Meyer has denied the claims and says they’re “inaccurate” and there are eyewitnesses to prove it.
