Fauci declines testimony

Senator Rand Paul, who led the effort to subpoena Fauci, accused him of facilitating the pandemic through funding inappropriate research.

Leading up to his testimony, numerous scientists defended Fauci against claims suggesting he mismanaged the pandemic response.
Experts believe there is no credible evidence supporting the accusations against Fauci regarding the pandemic’s origins.
