An appeals court is giving the U.S. Justice Department permission to continue its probe into documents taken from Donald Trump’s home

The decision means officials can look into over 100 documents, which were marked as ‘classified’ at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

It follows a previous order to block any work on the documents, and stern warnings from Trump’s legal team.

Special master Raymond can still continue his work into the materials.

The Former President maintains the documents were declassified.

Republican Ted Cruz says the Justice Department is abysmal.
