The 75th Tony Awards have wrapped up, with an Oscar-winning host and a roster of celebrity presenters

Twenty-nine new productions received nominations for their work during last year’s Broadway season at the iconic 75th Tony Awards.

There was much anticipation for the event, which showcased the first full season since the pandemic shut down theatres in March 2020.

‘A Strange Loop’ took top musical honours, while ‘The Lehman Trilogy’ was named top play.

Paris and Prince Jackson, the children of the late Michael Jackson also presented a performance by the cast of ‘MJ: The Musical’, which was also nominated for the top award.

Paris and Prince Jackson honoured their late father at the awards.

Prince and Paris Jackson shared the King of Pop’s love of musicals in a rare appearance celebrating their dad.

“A lot of people seem to think our dad changed popular music forever—and who are we to disagree? But what people may not know is he loved musicals, on film and on the stage.”
