A huge storm has hit Australia’s most populous city, Sydney which has just been released after more than 100 days in lockdown
The Bureau of Meteorology has warned there’s a chance parts of the city could also get struck with a tornado.
The Bureau has issued an urgent warning stating that “very dangerous” thunderstorms had been detected near across Greater Sydney
All of Sydney has been cautioned about destructive large winds, as well as possibly giant hailstones and heavy rainfall.
As of 6:00pm local time, the tornado warning was downgraded, but the BoM stated that very dangerous thunderstorms are still in the area.
