Human remains have been found in suitcases, bought as part of an auction for abandoned goods, in a storage unit in Auckland, New Zealand.

Human remains have been found in suitcases, bought as part of an auction for abandoned goods, in a storage unit in Auckland, New Zealand.

The remains are of two young children, of primary-school age.

Indications suggest the children could have been dead for a number of years, before being found.

Police are following a number of leads, at this stage.
