A UK driver has been sentenced after “intentionally” slowing down an ambulance

A male UK driver has been sentenced after purposely blocking an ambulance on the road in the UK.

The driver behind the red Suzuki Vitara was seen blocking the paramedics, who were responding to a medical emergency.

The man has been identified as Albert Butler. He hasn’t shed any light on why he was blocking the emergency vehicle.

But he’ll have plenty of time to think about it. He’s now been sentenced to eight months in prison for dangerous driving and obstructing an emergency vehicle.

At the beginning of the video, the ambulance manages to overtake his car.

But he then overtakes the ambulance, and slows down multiple times.
