Biden’s daughter’s diary is the centre of a legal battle
Two Florida residents have pleaded guilty to stealing the diary of Joe Biden’s daughter
It’s understood the pair took Ashley Biden’s private information and sold it to a conservative media organisation, in 2020.
United States attorneys believe the pair wanted to profit from their theft, and now stand convicted of a federal felony.
The DOJ believes the woman behind the theft, Aimee Harris, was staying at Biden’s Delray Beach residence when the diary was taken.
They also took a cellphone, family photos and tax records.
The pair face a maximum of five years in prison.
