Australia has approved the use of at-home COVID-19 testing kits
The nation’s health minister Greg Hunt made the announcement from Canberra a short time ago confirming the medical regulator have finalised its decision.
Mr Hunt acknowledged that this is an important step forward in Australia’s handling of the COVID pandemic and will support the country’s reopening plans.
The at home testing kits are set to be rolled out within the coming weeks and months.
