His family’s strong musical background inspired him to pursue a career in entertainment. Jarratt’s acting career took off after he graduated from NIDA and landed a lead role in the film “The Great McCarthy.” This experience eventually led to his significant role of Mick Taylor in the iconic Australian film & television franchise “Wolf Creek”.
Jarratt also shared his involvement in the home renovation show “Better Homes and Gardens,” stemming from his DIY skills developed from his upbringing in a family of builders. He is currently focusing on revitalising the Australian film industry through a new production company aimed at supporting Australian talent.
