The 23-year-old was fatally shot at the scene.

Officers who quickly neutralised the shooter are credited with saving lives.

According to officials, two police officers and seven civilians were among the wounded who were sent to a local following the shooting.

Three patients have been released and three are in critical condition, including a police officer.

Police identified the dead as Joshua Barrick, 40; Thomas Elliot, 63; Juliana Farmer, 45; and James Tutt, 64.
